"I found the staff to be extremely helpful and went out of their way to take care of my needs.
My only real problem with the hotel is that it is located in the middle of an industrial/business area and so the surrounding area was grungy looking. There was a fair bit of noise also from the trucks that arrived to neighbouring buildings (FedEx). If you were only going to use the hotel as a base for travelling around Phoenix I would recommend it because it was close to freeways and good value, but if anyone is planning to spend time around the pool or using the amenities, then I would recommend a LaQuinta in another area."
